What Stock Tokens represent

Robinhood Stock Tokens provide economic exposure to an underlying asset, not direct legal ownership of conventional shares. The issuer, token terms and eligibility restrictions determine your rights, access and ability to transfer tokens.

Underlying market prices, token pricing, liquidity and currency exchange rates can change. Market closures, trading halts and corporate actions can affect available quotes and transfer behavior.

Market and lending risks

Borrowers can be liquidated when debt exceeds the selected market’s liquidation threshold on oracle-valued collateral. There is no fixed deadline. Lenders can face loss, illiquid collateral and delays. A quoted return is not guaranteed income. USDG has issuer, reserve, redemption and depegging risks. Smart contracts, networks, wallets and data providers can fail.

This version connects reviewed Stock Token/USDG markets. Stock Token freezes, upgrades, burns and issuer restrictions can prevent liquidation or recovery. Stale equity prices, market closures and gaps can create bad debt. Other directory entries are not supported collateral.

Dividend planning and liquidation risk

A dividend event does not automatically repay debt or provide cash to Dividend Finance. The settlement protocol has no fixed maturity or dividend extension. Repaying USDG or adding collateral requires a wallet transaction. The market-specific interface borrowing limit is a buffer, not a guarantee against liquidation.

Contractual dividend extensions are not available in this release. Personal planning dates do not protect a loan or change an onchain maturity.
